Almerino Pappano

GREECE - Passed away peacefully at home on February 12, 2022 at age 89. He is predeceased by his parents Amedeo & Lucia; brother Anthony; grandson James; brother-in-law Cosmo Plantone; and Marlene DeMattia and Jeff Hofstra. Survived by his sweetheart Jean McCarthy; children John (Mary) Pappano and Maria Pappano-Mykins; grandchildren Matthew, Andrew (Meghan), Joseph, Michael, Lara (Mike), Rachel, and Connor (Jackie); great-grandchildren Colton, Gia, Zoie, and Allie; sister Amalia; sister-in-law Lani; several nieces and nephews; step-children Ellen (Chuck Senges) McCarthy and Brian (Liz) McCarthy; step-grandchildren Madeline & Miles.



Rino was the proud owner of the Golden Razor and Rino’s Hair Fashions. He was a member of Rotary for over 63 years with a perfect attendance. Rino was a member of the Italian American Community Center and Ridgemont Country Club, and volunteered his time at Unity Hospital. He always wanted to be remembered as “a regular guy”.
