Augustine Tantalo

Tantalo, Augustine J. "Augie" Greece: April 20, 1933 - March 3, 2016. Predeceased by his sister, Mary Donnellan. Augie was a loving husband and devoted father who is survived by his wife of 57 years, Elaine; children, Patricia (Ron) Penepent, Nancy Tantalo, Peter (Julie) Tantalo and Christina (Rick) Payton; grandchildren, Parker, Lydia, Elaine, Makenna, Adam and Madeline; sister, Teri Sullivan; brothers-in-law, David (Candy) Robison and Tony Donnellan; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a graduate of Edison Tech and RIT. An Air Force Veteran and 40-year employee of Kodak. Augie was a longtime member of KPAA Rod & Gun Club and organized many fishing trips. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a NY State Certified Hunter Safety Instructor for over 25 years and Past President of the Palmyra Hunt Club. The family extends their sincere appreciation to Lifetime Care, Heritage Christian Home Care and CCOR Home Care. Friends may call Sunday, MARCH 20TH, 2-5 PM at the funeral home, 777 Long Pond Road (between English & Latta). Funeral Mass, 9:30 Monday, MARCH 21st at St. Charles Borromeo Church.
