Rittler, Carl Berthold

Greece: Born Nov. 26, 1943. Passed away peacefully October 20, 2016 surrounded by his brothers & family members. Carl is predeceased by his parents, Hermann and Leona Rittler; brother, Alfred Rittler. He is survived by his brothers, Hermann (Pat), Jack (Sharon) & Joseph; sister-in-law, Carole; 18 nieces and nephews; 40 great-nieces and nephews. Carl was a Times-Union Paper Boy; along with our faithful German Shepherd Rex; his route was in the Emerson/Lexington neighborhoods (1954-1957). Carl battled the results of a stroke that occurred on July 28, 2008. He will be greatly missed by all.

Services and Interment at the convenience of the family. In his memory, contributions may be made to American Heart Association /American Stroke Association , Lollypop Farm or charity of choice .
