Dolores Betty Mengel (Eckert)

Greece - Wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, teacher, friend. Dolores peacefully entered into rest with the Lord on January 3, 2018, at age 88. She is joined in heaven with her loving husband, Richard and daughter, Ellen Morich. Dolores is survived by her sister, Rita Vail; her nieces in Colorado; her granddaughters, Crystal Bohnke and Rebecca (Jake) Bohnke-Osgood and her great grandchildren.

Dolores retired from teaching at Holy Rosary School after 35 years. She will be missed by her other family Mark, Mary, Mario and Marcy Savastano, Rev. Dennis Kauffman, relatives, friends and generations of her students.

No prior calling. Family and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Cathedral on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 10:30 AM. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
