Lisa was born in Rochester, NY June 28, 1980. She is survived by her children Xaviar Fair, Sierra Fair, Christopher Fair, and Charles Hess; brothers Robert Murphy and Donald Lembke; sister Heather Henry; nephews Isaiah Henry Savage and Gabriel Savage; aunt Dawn Ryan; uncle Mark Johnson; and many cousins.

Predeceased by her mother Deborah A. Testa; and father Charles Hess.
