Salamone, Susan Marie (Keene)

Greece: March 15, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Frank Salamone; son, Dr. Frank N. Salamone; daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Steinle Salamone; grandsons, Nicholas and John; sisters, Wendy, Teri, Kathy, Kendra and Kim; brothers, Danny, Tom and Mike. Sue graduated from St. John Fisher College with a B.S. in Accounting. She was a long time employee of Blue Cross and Blue Shield, retiring after 21 years of service. Sue enjoyed reading, and collecting books. She also loved to travel and did so extensively. She was also a long time member of Ridgemont Country Club. Her greatest enjoyment came from her family and friends. Sue was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. Rest in peace my love.

Friends may call Monday 4-7 at the Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Rd. (between English and Latta). Funeral Mass 9:30 Tuesday at Our Mother of Sorrows Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
