Born 04-28-2024 – Passed 09-02-2025
Aiden was a bright, loving spirit whose brief time with us was filled with curiosity, laughter, and boundless affection. From his earliest days, he found joy in the simple wonders of the world—whether it was the sparkle of sunlight on water, the whistling of wind in his favorite tree, or the comfort of a warm hug from mama and dad. Even as he faced the challenges of Sandhoff disease, Aiden’s courage and joy shone through, inspiring everyone who knew him.
He loved passing under trees in his wagon and smiling at the branches, getting tickled by dad, and his wild hair played with from his mama. His smile could light up any room. Aiden’s favorite moments were spent with his family—exploring the backyard, playing with his aunts and uncles, telling everyone "aboom!", and going on all the adventures. Creating treasured memories that will forever live in our hearts.
Aiden is survived by his devoted parents, Amanda and Matthew; his brother, Sawyer; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who were touched by his smile, strength, and laughter. He leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and the reminder that even the shortest lives can leave the deepest imprints
A memorial service celebrating Aiden’s life will be held on September, 14th at 1 pm at Arbor at the Port. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to one of the many organizations that helped Aiden to support research and families affected by this condition. These include IACKids, the Willie Bee Foundation, and the Brady Wynn Foundation.
Aiden’s light will continue to guide us, and his memory will forever be cherished. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love he so generously gave.
