Barbara B. Bailey, 92, left this world on May 14, 2025 with her loving family by her side.
She was born on March 17, 1933 in Utica, NY. Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Howard and Esther Plopper from Utica, NY and two brothers, Warren and Edward. She was also predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years, Dudley C. Bailey. She is survived by four sons, Dudley "Skip" (Tricia), Edward, Kevin (James Mellon) and John (Kathy); as well as grandchildren, Brooke, Shawn, Heather, Derek, Will and Kyle, and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Barbara (Peter) Rawleigh, and her nephew, Chris Plopper. Barbara was an extraordinary Mother and homemaker who was cherished by her family.
Friends may call 1-3 PM at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home on July 19th, 777 Long Pond Road, concluding with a service at 3 PM. Burial private.
