Passed away Decemeber 12, 2020 at the age of 80. Predeceased by his sister Adair Phillips. Survived by his loving wife of 45 years Norma; children Andrew (Camelia) Phillips, Marie Phillips, Christopher (Cynthia) Tucker & Daniel Lopez ; 3 grandchildren; brothers Owen & Horace Phillips; sister Verna Phillips; dear cousin Peter Blanchard; nephew Courtney (Kristen) Mark. Clive was a generous contributor to many philanthropic organizations.
