Collin Michael Sleight

Passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the age of 28.

Collin was predeceased by his grandparents, William “Bill” Partridge and Sally Sleight; and his great-nephew, Michael Partridge.

He is survived by his parents, Holly Partridge (Jordan Caster) and Jeremy Sleight; grandmother, Kathy Partridge; daughter, Olive Larkin; brothers, Zachary Sleight (Becca Cavey), Reide Sleight (Chloe Ecklund) and Caden Sleight (Lucille Delucia); girlfriend, Cherilynn Restaino; as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

Collin was a beloved son, grandson, brother, father, and friend who touched many lives. He grew up surrounded by family and friends, many of whom became like family to him. The relationships he formed and the memories he created will be cherished for years to come.

From an early age, Collin found passions that stayed with him throughout his life. He first enjoyed soccer before discovering hockey, which became a lifelong love. He played throughout high school and continued to follow the sport as an adult, watching games and highlights whenever he could.

During high school, Collin began working for Corrigan. Over the years, he became an invaluable member of the organization and someone his coworkers could depend on.

Collin also found happiness in his aquariums, fish, and beautiful corals. He took great pride in caring for them and creating a peaceful world of his own. He loved cars, motorcycles, video games, and much more, always finding joy in the things that mattered most to him.

Above all else, Collin loved his daughter. Being a father was one of the most important parts of who he was, and his love for her was evident to everyone around him. She held a special place in his heart, and their memories together will always be treasured.

Those who knew Collin understood that there was much more to him than what appeared on the surface. Though he did not always show his softer side, he was a kind, gentle, and loving man with a very big heart. He was deeply loyal to those he loved, and his beautiful, infectious smile could light up a room.

Collin leaves behind memories that will remain in the hearts of his family and friends. His absence leaves a space that can never be filled, but the love he gave will live on.

We hope Collin is now at peace and has been reunited with his grandfather.

He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 2:00–4:00 PM at Farrell-Ryan Funeral & Cremation Services, 777 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14612. A service will immediately follow at 4:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Collin’s memory to the Coral Restoration Foundation, supporting the restoration and preservation of coral reefs and the marine life he so greatly admired.
