Rochester - Passed away unexpectedly November 22, 2020. Predeceased by his father John & nephew Clayton Green. Survived by his life companion Mike Dorr; mother Eileen Kozak; brother Stephen Kozak; sisters Nichole (John) McMullen & Ilse (Steve) Place of Michigan; stepdaughter Erin Martin; grandson Jordi Martin; several nieces and nephews.
Services were held privately for the family.
