Survived by his wife of 53 years, Grace; children, Ballard Tackett, Linda (Jack) Tackett, Donald Brant Jr., Nancy Green, Brenda (Roy) Bertram, Patricia (James) Bassford, David Brant and Donna Brant; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Ardeth (Jim) Armstrong and Marlene (Vince) Castellano; nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Friday 4-7 at the funeral home, 777 Long Pond Road (between English & Latta). Funeral Service, 11:00 Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans.
