Greece: December 8, 2016, a kind and gentle man, passed peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving wife and family. Don is survived by his wife of 58 years, Roxann (Forrest) Duemmel; his children, Christopher, Mark (Stacey), Cherie (Dave) Rynerson; grandchildren, Eric (Jeni), Jennifer (Mike) Rosillio and Michael; great-grandchildren, Lucas and Jace Rynerson; brother, David (Janet) Duemmel. Don was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and retired from Kodak. Don spent many years performing as a singer and dancer for the Cardinal Mooney/Aquinas Follies, much to the surprise of his friends and family. He also loved to play golf and visit family in Raquette Lake. A special thank you to his care-givers, Sonia and Ida for their loving care.

Friends may call Sunday, 1-4 at the Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Rd. (between English and Latta). Funeral Mass 11:30 Monday at Our Mother of Sorrows Church. Interment Irondequoit Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may contribute to Journey Home or U of R Medicine Hospice.
