Fern Van Hook

Passed away peacefully on December 1, 2020 at the age of 91 at Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center in Rochester, NY.

She is predeceased by her husband of 59 years, J.C. Fern is survived by her daughter, Jo Carole (Bill) DeMonte, sons, Herb (Tracy) Van Hook, of McLean, VA and Ben Van Hook (Cheryl) of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Andrea (Bob) Childs, Julie (Luke) Krull, Mark Scuderi, Jr., Sydney Van Hook, Ben Van Hook and Hannah Van Hook, and four great-grandchildren.
