Hilton - Passed away May 7, 2020. Predeceased by her husband Richard. Survived by her children Kevin Welch, Keith Welch and Kara (Paul) Watkins; stepchildren Jean (Kirk) Alliman, Ruth Muck, Marti (Mike) O'Dell; grandchildren Joshua Watkins and Matthew Watkins.
