Jacquelyn A. Hannan (Hart)

Ogden, NY - Passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018 at age 82. She had an unconditional love for her family that was incessant through a short, brave bout with cancer. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Martha Hart; sister, Kathleen (Hank) Caschetta; Grandson, Jeremiah Piano; and Son-in-law, David Thompson. She is survived by her sister Cheryl (John) Condello; her Children, Colleen (Dennis) Coccia, Robert (Sandy) Piano, Christine (Randy) Thompson, and Jo Michelle (Michael) Fantanza; Grandchildren, Ashley, David (Lindsey), Joseph (Gina), Nicholas, Miranda, Emily, Jessica, and Nicole; Great-grandchildren, Hayden, Haley, Madisyn, and Maisyn; along with many special nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services and Interment will be held privately. A celebration of Jackie's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lifetime Care at 3111 Winton Rd S. Rochester, NY 14623 or the American Diabetes Associationin Jacquelyn's honor.
