Passed away peacefully at home on June 19, 2025, at the age of 79.
He is predeceased by his parents, James and Lois Wagner. Jim worked for 41 years at Rochester Telephone/Frontier as a dedicated Cable Splicer.

A lifelong student of military history, Jim had a passion for building detailed scale models of military vehicles and aircraft—hobbies that reflected both his deep respect for service and his eye for craftsmanship.
