Jay Blanchard
July 24, 1964 — April 14, 2024
Passed away April 14, 2024 at age 59. He is predeceased by his mother Barbara Blanchard and father Edward (Sandra) Blanchard, nephews Ryan and Dillon. He is survived by his daughter Leah Blanchard, step-son Austin (Madi) Bradley Leo Bradley; siblings James Blanchard, Jodi Greenhough, Jani (Jeff) Walls, Jeff (Susan) Blanchard, John (Laurie) Blanchard, Janet (Lenny) Freeman, Julie (Michael) Sergent; best friend Krista (Dan) Carson; several special special nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Hildebrandt Hospice.
Friends may attend his funeral mass 6:00pm Monday April 29th at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hildebrandt Hospice.
