Greece - May 27, 2018 after a long personal struggle with addiction at age 32. Predeceased by his grandparents, Nicholas & Bette Norris and Robert & Dolores Chambers. He is survived and cherished by his loving family: parents, Jim & Karen; siblings, Robert Norris, Sara (Matthew) Chapman; adored niece and nephews, Tyler and Andrew Norris, Lyla, Jack and James Chapman; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jeff was a graduate of Aquinas Institute and Niagara University.

Friends may call Friday 4-8 at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Road. Funeral Mass, 11:00 Saturday at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
