John E. Kirkey

Loving husband and father passed away peacefully on September 8, 2020 after a long battle with cancer at the age of 56. John was predeceased by his parents Virgil & Helen; and brother Jimmy Kirkey. Survived by his loving wife of 30 years Darcy Kirkey; son Nicholas; daughters Jenna and Kaylin; sister Martha (Jim) Newell; brothers Sydney (Lynn), Peter (Patty), Michael (Debi) and Thomas (Marybeth); Aunt Gen; mother-in-law Diane Vandrei; sister-in-law Pamela Vandrei Bell (Richard Child); many nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may call Friday 4-7 at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Road. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:00 at Sacred Heart Cathedral. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers those wishing may donate to the Hildrebandt Hospice. Please bring a photo of a fond memory of John to be added to a memorial picture collage at the calling hours.
