Passed away December 10, 2021 at age 65. He is predeceased by his parents Emanuel and Louise. Survived by his wife Charlie; children Manny (Kris) & Jodie (Ken) Foster; daughter/granddaughter Jadian Longo; grandchildren Brooke Louise & Michael; brother Emanuel Jr. (Alicia), & Frank; God children Louise Reger & Jimmy Burgio; sister-in-law Carrie Burgio; brother-in-law Chuck (Cheryle) Johnson; many nieces and nephews. Joe was a retiree of GM.
A celebration of life is being planned for June.
