Trost, Judith L, Greece, NY on June 20, 2025, age 84.

Survived by family members Susan (Robert) Bonnet, Samantha Bonnet, Peter (Elizabeth) Matthews, Isabel (Nathan) Leonard, and Nancy Heberger; dear friend Mary Vascukynas.

Predeceased by her parents Harold and Edna (Bansbach) Trost, sister and brother-in-law Phyllis and Kenneth Heberger, and nephew James (Deanna) Heberger.

Judy was a graduate of Irondequoit High School class of 1959 and Rochester Business Institute and (proudly) retired from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office. She was a member of SOAR and ARPALER. She loved her knitting groups, reading and helping others. She donated hundred of blankets to the Veterans Associations and other charities over the years and baby bonnets for local hospitals.

Judy lived at the Episcopal Church Home and they became like family to her. She was the unofficial mail carrier and enjoyed seeing everyone every day on her route. Her family would like to thank them for taking such good care of her.

Calling hours will be held 12:00-2:00pm Wednesday June 25 at Farrell-Ryan Funeral & Cremation Services 777 Long Pond Road with a service to follow at 2:00pm. Interment will be private for the family.
