Gates - Born November 19, 1930 in Vituliano Benevento, Italy. Passed away February 4, 2021. She is predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Raffaele; brothers Mario, Mennato, and Dominico; nephew Luigi Forgione. Survived by her children Lorenzo (Sandra), Luigi, and Antonietta (Joe) Saieva; her grandchildren who knew her as Mama Gina, Gina (Mike) Overmyer, Teresa, Raffaella (Chris) Campione, Paolo, Raffaelle, Giuseppe (Elizabeth); great-grandchildren Julianna, Melina, Luciano, Viviana; several nieces and nephews and other family members in Italy. Luigia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Friends may call Wednesday 4-6 at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home, 777 Long Pond Road. Funeral Mass Thursday 9:30 at St. Theodore's Church. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
