Peter George Matroniano

Brockport- Passed away January 9, 2022 at age 92. He is predeceased by his parents Pasquale & Antonietta; granddaughter Lena Marie Fantanzo; brothers Frank, Anthony, Salvatore; sister Elizabeth Nicolosi. Survived by his wife of 72 years, Marge; daughters Annette (Anthony) Fantanzo, Marie (Tom Burns) Mosher, Jane (Michael) Halko; sons Peter (Amy) & Mark (Kimberly); 16 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; sister Mary Marsh; sisters-in-law Vi Penman, Rosemary Denaro, Louise Denaro; several nieces and nephews.

Peter was a graduate of Edison Tech and RIT. He spent time working for Nothnagle, Caldwell Mfg., Bausch & Lomb, Delco Engineering, and a Rochester research firm focusing on optics.

A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday 9:30 at St. Lawrence Church. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to EWTN or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
