Passed away February 24, 2025, at age of 73. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary; siblings, Victor Velez, David Velez, Antonio (Ana) Velez, Arlene Oquendo (Victor), Amanda Rivera (Gerardo); many nieces and nephews.
Peter was a Police Officer for the Rochester Police Department, and a long time member of the Rochester Police Locust Club.
Calling hours will be held 2-4pm on Tuesday March 4th, at Farrell-Ryan Funeral and Cremation Services, 777 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14612, concluding with a service at 4 pm.
