Richard J. “Dick” DiMuro – Monday, December 7, 2020. After a long, cold night a ray of sun has finally burst through. You are free. You will remember us once again.
And we will remember you as …
the husband whose love never waned throughout the beautiful, 59-year love affair with your wife.
the father with unconditional love for his family, who through his actions, showed his children how to live life with compassion, humility, and love.
the grandfather who was an active part of his grandchildren’s lives and never missed a sporting event.
the big brother who was always there for your little sister, no matter the physical distance.
the avid photographer whose boxes of photos and videos are a testimony of the life you loved.
a man of few words with a witty sense of humor. Along with your stories of baseball, the Army, and how you got the courage to ask Mom out on that first date.
You were the gentle giant. The lover of animals. The calm in the storm.
We will treasure our memories of you with great love. We will miss you.
Till we meet again.
your wife, Mary Ellen (Fasino); children, Mary Beth Place, Christine (Paul Fortuna), Joy Kleehammer (Jeff), David (John Stike); grandchildren, Joshua Gilhool, Elyssa Beck (Doug), Jacob Gilhool, Ian Place (Molly Zies), Nicole Fortuna, and Elijah Fortuna; and your sister, Jean DiMuro.
