Passed away unexpectedly on April 22,2020. Survived by his daughter Danielle (Daniel) Moore; son Cody (Danielle Mulley) Majchrzak; granddaughter Alexis; girlfriend Karin and her children; mother Terri; brothers Chris (Jennifer) Majchrzak and Don Majchrzak; the mother of his children Denise; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
