Roy J. O'Connell
February 25, 1932 — January 11, 2023
Passed away January 11, 2023 at age 90. Survived by Helen, his bride of 70 years ; daughters Jean (Bill) Tuffo, Colleen Barbato, Sharon (Bob) Kunkel, Sue (Daryl) Montie; son Thomas (Janine) O’Connell; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; baby sister, Sr. Kathleen O’Connell RSM; many nieces and nephews.
Roy was a graduate of Aquinas Institute and University of Rochester; Korean Naval Veteran; and a Kodak Retiree.
No prior calling. Funeral Mass of the Resurrection at Holy Cross Church on Monday January 16th at 10 AM. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Veterans Association 260 Calkins Road 14623 or Sister of Mercy 1437 Blossom Road 14610.
