Shirley Murray

Pensacola, FL.: Nov. 10, 1929-June 21, 2014 peacefully with her nephew at her side. Predeceased by her parents, Jeremiah and Gertrude Murray; brother-in-law, George Ellia; sister-in-law, Sally Murray. Survived by her brothers, Rev. William Murray, Paul (Ruth) Murray and Jeremiah (Mary Ellen) Murray, Jr.; sister, Elaine Ellia; as well as 2 nephews; 2 nieces and 10 great-nephews and nieces. Shirley was a graduate of Nazareth Academy and the Rochester Business Institute, she retired from Eastman Kodak in 1986 after 38 years of dedicated service. Following retirement she worked for Chase-Pitkin and later Wegmans until 2011 when she moved to Virginia to live near her nephews and their families.

Friends may attend a Funeral Mass 10:30 Wednesday, July 2 at Sacred Heart Cathedral. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to St. John's Comfort Care/Hospice Program, 150 Highland Ave., Roch., NY 14620.
