Passed away unexpectedly at home at the age of 76.
Susan is survived by her beloved husband, Frank; her daughter, Erin Dragon; her son, Steve (Chelsea); her cherished grandchildren, Asher, Sadie, Lexie, and Cadel; and her brothers, Larry and Randy Good.
It’s with deep love that we remember a kind and caring woman who meant so much to those who knew her.
She spent many years as a dedicated schoolteacher who believed deeply in education, but cared most about her students. Her classroom was a place of safety, encouragement, and genuine care—where every child felt seen and supported.
She was also a devoted wife—steadfast, supportive, and a true partner.
Being a mother, and especially a grandmother, brought her immense joy. She cherished time with her grandchildren and made sure they always felt loved.
She gave of herself freely, with a quiet kindness that touched countless lives. Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in all of us. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 27th from 5-7 pm at Farrell-Ryan Funeral & Cremation Services, 777 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14612.
