Thomas Kozlowski III "Koz"

GREECE - After a courageous battle with GBM on November 5, 2019. Tom passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Gretchen; sister, Judith Noir, father-in-law, Nathan Yost; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kevin Yost, Matthew (Tonja) Yost, Nathan (Gerri) Yost, Jennifer (Bill) Kretovic and Andrew (Eleanor) Yost; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and many dear friends. The family would like to thank Shepard Home and Wilmot Cancer Center for the compassion and care. Friends may attend a Funeral Mass, 11:00 Monday at St. Mark's Church (Kuhn Rd.). Interment at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may contribute to Shepard Home or Wilmot Cancer Center.
