William Baker
August 8, 1934 — March 12, 2023
Greece - Passed March 12, 2023 at age 88. Predeceased by daughter Paula Pye. He is survived by loving wife of 64 years Carolyn, daughter Alice (Joe) Traynor, son Jeff (Lisa) Baker, brothers Richard and James, cousin Emma ( Ed ) Arnold, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, son-in-law David Pye, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bill was retired from U.S. Post Office and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Bill enjoyed fishing, hunting and snow birding in Florida.
Calling hours will be held 4-7 PM on Wednesday, March 22.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 23, at 11 AM at Farrell-Ryan Funeral Home , 777 Long Pond Road.
Interment at Irondequoit Cemetery.
Contributions can be made to Open Door Mission.
