Washington, D.C. January 3, 2023. Predeceased by his father William E. Enright, grandparents Robert and Arline Enright, Charles and Zina Thomas, nephew Gino Valle, niece Gianna Valle, and great nephew Elliot Holway.
Survived by his beloved cat Tinkerbell, mother Jackie Enright, sisters Karen (Alessandro) Valle, Chrissie (Brian) Allen, Alison Valle (Glenn Tribotte). Nieces and nephews, Salvatore Valle (Katelyn Brye), Pina (Andrew) Holway, Bradley (Amy) Allen, Anthony (Amanda) Valle, Alex (Morgan) Valle, Robert Allen (Alex Darby), Alyssa and Carina Valle. Great-nieces and nephews, Anthony Allen, Zoie and Kenzie Raulerson, Emma, Ethan, and Cora Holway, and Isabella Valle. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, especially his fellow floral industry friends in Washington, D.C.
Billy was a very successful and amazing designer. He touched the lives of many by taking their dreams and making them a reality. Over the course of his career, he was featured in multiple newspapers and magazines articles, and designed for a long list of high-profile clients. He truly loved what he did.
We would like to give a special thank you to the doctors and staff at MedStar Georgetown Hospital for their wonderful care of Billy in his final days.
